AidArena is a not for profit organisation that facilitates the sale and auction of items with all, or a portion of the proceeds going to various charities. Mark and Katie Wilson, Don MacMillan and Bill Paige established this online selling and buying platform in 2009, and have been working to help charities nationwide. AidArena is a unique website, providing an exceptional fundraising platform for charities in a cost effective and efficient way. We give people the opportunity to buy items on the AidArena website and by doing so, their purchase will benefit the sellers preferred charity. Our website makes it easy for you to support a particular cause or charity by offering you the ability to search by charity rather than item type. If you are dedicated to a particular cause, you now have the option of purchasing items to help support your charitable interests. We also allow you to help in other ways that do not involve spending money. If you're unable to purchase an item, we welcome you to list goods and services for sale. Since AidArena is an auction and sales platform, you can help raise funds by listing items for sale and selecting your preferred charity. When your item is purchased, a portion (which you nominate) of the proceeds will be donated to your charity and the balance transferred to you via the AidArena website. If you own a business this is a very effective way of giving to charity and moving stock simultaneously. Once a sale occurs, a tax receipt is issued to the seller with the donation portion of the sale and the charity is issued with regular reports of all transactions and earnings. The mission of AidArena is clear: to provide a way for people and businesses to donate in a way which maximises benefits and enables charities to receive a seamless and additional income stream.
