Tom has developed and successfully taken 4 major products/companies to market over the last 30 years. He has a diversified background and extensive experience in all four business functions. Tom's skills are probably best realized in helping companies develop new products, and/or to develop new business opportunities with creative and innovative thinking. This begins with using his experience to correctly organize and analyze the current situation, and then creatively extrapolate strategies to build on the solutions.
