ASEED's International Institute of Development Management Technology (AIDMAT) is an autonomous body that has evolved its own identity as an independent, non-profit Non-Government organization (NGO) registered under 1860 Societies Act, working in the field of development management towards the central goal of poverty alleviation through socio-economic empowerment of poor and marginalized. AIDMAT has been working for more than 25 years in the socio-economic sectors with thrust on sustainable livelihoods, community mobilization, participatory management and capacity building. AIDMAT has offices spread in more than 8 states including (Rajasthan, Bihar, UP, Delhi, Haryana, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, and Uttaranchal) spread over north India and network spread over South Asian countries. AIDMAT has evolved as an organization with selective thrust area and specific action strategies over the years in the following areas: Capacity Building Water and Biodiversity Primary education Livelihood security HealthcareCross Cutting theme – Capacity Building (ASEED-IDMAT) Gender Equity Community banking District micro-planning and Monitoring Strategies, Planning and Monitoring Micro Enterprise and Food security Institutional developmentAIDMAT has trained, more than 5000 professionals till date from around 65 countries all over the world, more than 10,000 NGOs, CBOs, WUG, and lakhs of beneficiaries, farmers in the field of sustainable development and technology management. It has developed its professional reputation in developing research and audit functions by undertaking several consultancy projects for SDC, UNDP, ILO, EU, Government of India, DFID, NABARD, WORLD BANK, Ministries of Sri Lanka, Nepal, Singapore, Mauritius, Ghana, Nigeria, to name a few. IDMAT focuses on the training of senior development functions on cross cutting theme based at Delhi.
