AIESEC provides international exchange programs for young people in order to boost their leadership potential and gain practical experience. Through our Global Talent program, AIESEC aims to be the fundamental link between talented students on campus and companies- our partner organizations.\\AIESEC in Sweden constitutes the foundation of AIESEC worldwide as had been one of the founding countries since 1948.
