Established in 1990, APAI (Air Passengers Association of India) is an autonomous body formed to voice the interests of Air Passengers and improve the air travel ecosystem in the country by bringing all stakeholders onto a common platform: Air Passengers, Government, Airport Authorities and Airlines. Founded by Mr. D. Sudhakara Reddy, APAI has a network of committee members across the country and is the first platform that encourages the open discussion of opinions and grievances regarding the landscape of the air travel industry.APAI works to maintain and improve synergy between the various spheres of the air travel industry as well as to support and raise awareness about passenger rights. Apart from this, APAI also provides a variety of programs that bring stability and satisfaction to the experience of air travel.
