After his honorable discharge he continued in HVAC also gaining much knowledge and experience with burners and boilers in two of the job positions he held. During the start-up of All Right HVAC LLC, he also started the HVAC educational program for Wichita Technical Institute (WTI) and taught students heating and air conditioning until the business priorities of All Right HVAC LLC took over. Rob's two sons, Josh and Brandon are two of the Technician experts who work with you. Alanna has a degree and experience in Human Resource Management.
