Airon Climatizers Technical Services LLC is in the field of HVAC Installation and Maintenance Services and specialized Retrofit projects and BTU meters by modifying existing piping and testing of same to the standards of Empower and other district cooling providers. We have been associated with Leading billing providers like M/s Ista and M/s Techem and have completed projects for clients like M/s Dubai Properties for Al Khail Development Phase I - 6 Buildings and completed BTU meter installation for M/s Techem's various projects like Trident Grand Residence at Dubai Marina including their retail areas, Bin Juma 3 & 4 Towers in Al Nahda and currently working with them for their Al Murooj Residence and Discovery Gardens Buildings. Further the two main promoters of the company, in their previous company were instrumental in carrying out the M/s Dubai Properties project of 59 Buildings at Al Ghuroob, Mirdiff where M/s Empower was district cooling provider. Airon also offers to client Project Management and Procurement Management services with the two promoters of the company have over 62 years of total MEP experience in India and Gulf. Further we offer energy management solutions to problematic buildings and complexes suffering from delta T non performance charges by district cooling providers and energy savings solutions including energy audits. We are fully aware of the requirements of M/s Empower and shall fully be responsible for meeting their demands like preparation of drawings, submittals, report sheets etc and will be associated till full handover of the BTU meters to M/s Empower.Recently we have completed the retrofit Energy Management project at Robot park Sharjah for M/s Pactive sustainable solutions.We have been an established and popular company with an excellent track record for the best customer satisfaction.
