With the success of vacation rental platforms like Airbnb, there are opportunities to create additional income on traditional rental properties. At AirUp we lease traditional rentals for 24-36 months, and turn them into professionally managed vacation properties. We're effectively creating a network of hotel rooms in the form of 1 or 2 bedroom apartments and homes that we furnish, manage, and professionally clean between each guest's stay.
