It's an eco-friendly replacement for metal, plastic, hardwood, paper, and cotton.The ink we use on the outside of our packaging is water based and the coating on the inside is made of PLA. That's a type of polyester made from fermented plant starch from corn, cassava, maize, sugarcane or sugar beet pulp. So Aisu packaging is 100% biodegradable and compostable.
