Before the age of the Internet, she has learned to adapt to its many benefits for the artist since, and in addition to designing her own websites, she helps to empower women to take control of their online presence. She is also a published author and freelance writer and photographer, her first published work appeared in Steamboat's own alternative newspaper in 2001, The Local. Since then she has been published in numerous magazines and newspapers and her writing samples are viewable on the Writing page of her website.
