Our core value is the Ajira score, an algorithm that instantaneously scores and sorts candidates for any given job position based on the candidate's holistic set of experiences, skills, and qualifications.Ajira "scoring" process that analyzes a job hunter's profile and then maps it against an employer's job description. Ajira considers hundreds of variables, including educational information, length of employment, a previous employer's prestige, skill sets, and qualifications. And then it gives both the job candidate and the recruiter a numerical assessment that indicates how well-suited a particular person might be for a given job. This numerical assessment result is presented in a percentage match form (i.e. 90% Match, 75% Match etc.). These numerical results are presented to both the job hunter and recruiter.So, on the recruiter side, we take our technology and use it to not just surface the best candidates for their position, but to drive high quality applicants as well. Since we have the relationship to the job seekers that have the highest Ajira Scores, it is relatively straight forward to show them how their qualifications make them a strong candidate to apply to that job. As a result, recruiters get not just a strong flow of applicants, but these applicants are pre-qualified. And if they need additional people from the pipeline, the list of qualified candidates is at your fingertips and you can easily reach out to them with minimal effort.On the job seeker side, the score provides a differentiator as well since it helps cut through the noise of all the ad driven job listings that proliferate like a complex and confusing web of links and redirects.
