Our company plans on improving the productivity of individuals so as to increase their income. In Africa, majority of people living below the poverty line are rural farmers that sell their produce in nearby markets. Our company plans to register rural farmers and link them with urban customers thereby eliminating numerous middlemen so that food prices will be reduced and better income/savings for both parties. Farmers will be provided with an avenue of renting agricultural equipment and other smart farming technologies as cooperative in terms of yield and improved income. Logistics operators will be provided with emergency assist service providers (such as mechanics, vulcanizers, etc) when transporting goods in order to improve their productivity in terms of reduced time to complete jobs so as to generate more income. Our company has developed a digital directory service, ajit (Anything just in time), where rural farmers, drivers as well as commodity producers/service providers in both rural and urban areas can advertise the products and/or services they render to prospective customers across the world. We will be focusing on two major things in the short term: markets and logistics.
