Compliance consultancy in financial services. Platform specialist, Part IV applications, Irish regulations, MiFID, regulatory change, CASS Compliance and much more. I mainly work with larger firms on compliance projects from resolving issues to launching new products. For example the RDR impacts on platforms and delivering compliant solutions, creating 2 new platform companies and dealing with outsourcing requirements and contracts. Working with the regulator to solve problems and see through applications. I've writtent 25 policies and procedures for the world's largest insurance intermediary taking them through the business, legal and compliance. I've stepped in to assist an international life office when existing staff had all left. I've been interim head of compliance for a mortgage network, a life company and a platform provider. I been designated CASS expert resolving complex issues with clients and the regulator.
