THE TRUE AND ONLY ADDRESS OF HATAY CUISINE IN ISTANBUL Akdeniz Restaurant, which was founded by Mehmet Deveci in Istanbul in 1985, changed its concept and its place in 2007 with a brand new name "Akdeniz Hatay Sofrası" in order to serve the most delicious and unusual tastes of Hatay Cuisine in the middle of the biggest city of Turkey. Our restaurant, which is the sole adress of Hatay Cuisine in Istanbul, serves to 250 people at its new place with the concepts of serving delicious products with the highest quality, caring to hygienic standards and showing Turkish hospitality to all our guests. All the spices and the other products – except meat – served to you are obtained from Hatay and the meat is acquired from Balıkesir and Çanakkale. All these products are obtained with giving a great importance to their naturalness and their convenience to health standards. Some of these natural and healhty products, which are consumed in Akdeniz Hatay Sofrası, are also open for sale in our Regional Products Shelf at the entrance floor with a permission from The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.
