AKSHARA COMPUTERS PRIVATE LIMITED is the Authorized Regional Coordinator (ARC) for C-DAC Gist PACE, Pune, under Ministry of Electronics & IT (MeitY), Govt. of India for implementing the Multilingual Computer Training Programme since 2005. Akshara Offers Franchisee Opportunity to establish Computer / IT Training Centre in Tamilnadu and Puducherry UT. AKSHARA COMPUTERS PRIVATE LIMITED was incorporated in January'1994 at Coimbatore for Providing Education to Rural Public. Simultaneously, a Computer and Information Technology (IT) Training Centre was established at Paramathi Velur, a Rural Village of the then Salem District for the purpose of imparting computer education to rural youth at affordable cost which was a taboo to them. In February'1995 it opened another Training Centre in Karur, a rural district of Tamilnadu to expand its reach. Later, in 1996, the Year C-DAC introduced a country-wide training Programme for Advancing Computer Education (PACE) under Gist banner, the said Training Centre at Paramathi Velur became Authorized Training Center (ATC) for C-DAC GIST PACE. Akshara Computers Private Limited works together with C-DAC Gist PACE to help human to learn World Class Information Technology and become self reliant. In March'2005 Akshara Computers Private Limited became the Designated / State Coordinator for C-DAC GIST PACE for Tamilnadu and Puducherry by opening a New Branch at Chennai. Since then it is functioning as the Authorized Regional Coordinator (ARC) for the Multilingual Programme of C-DAC Gist PACE. As an ARC, Akshara Computers Private Limited Monitors overall activities of C-DAC Gist PACE and build the image of Gist-PACE programme as described by C-DAC. Akshara Computers Private Limited provides complete support to the existing ATCs spread across Tamilnadu and Puducherry, develop ATC Network for C-DAC Gist PACE and work for Corporate / Government / Academic Institution tie-ups to implement the Gist-PACE programme.
