The samskrit word ‘Akshara' denoting the ‘imperishable', highlights the dictum of Yoga as full awareness of the dimension of invariable or silence among the variable or dynamism. This awareness of the inner silence is the cardinal principle in Yoga to keep us physically fit, mentally calm and emotionally balanced.
