And it's based on ensuring orphans within their families, and care for the elderly and people with special needs in addition to providing health care for them.\It seeks out the weak and poor people and examines their situation accurately and then help them in various ways, including direct or indirect physical assistance through distribution of food, clothing, fuel and full health treatment. Al-Birr also helps some families to teach them some occupations to turn them into productive families in life.
