Al-Burra Co. aims to provide stylish and fancy food products with ultimate quality and test. We always supply the Iraqi market by modern items of food products to meet our costumers expectations. The start was on July 1984 with a first specialized confectionery in Baghdad/Iraq in French sweets and pastries (Abu Rafil). We have the honor that we were the pioneer in implementing the new style of cake designs and taste in Iraq. We were the first who start using hand crafted chocolate on the cake. At the beginning, our collaboration team were about only 10 employee.In 2005, Abu Rafil sweets and pastries was organized under Al-Burra food production and general trading company. Al-Burra established a new business of wedding parties planing in 2006 named (Rafil Flowers). We provided to the market all parties requirements manufactured specially to our company from different source. As a part of parties business, the company introduced a department of (Rafil Balloons). We were the first who imported the brands balloons Amscan Balloons (from USA) to Baghdad in addition to attending conferences and training sessions to qualifying our staff with up to date balloons' designs. Next pioneering step was represented by introducing a first franchise of American Bagels in Iraq (AR Bagels and Sandwiches).Now Al-Burra Co. is managing three branches of Abu Rafil sweets and pastries, two branches of Rafil Flowers and one Rafil Balloons. The company owns two restaurants of AR Bagels and sandwiches in two prestigious shopping mall in Baghdad. Our employee team was increased and trained very well to fulfill anticipated quality. They are qualified with wide diversity of specializations including production, quality assurance, sales, marketing and etc. Our family enlarged to reach around 100 employees.
