Al Grissino Restaurant and Lounge first opened up in Milano, Italy in 1952 as a small trattoria and is today considered to be one of most famous and intricate dining spots in Milano. It is known for its exquisite cuisine, which sees the presentation of its starters as single individual bites, and holds a prestigious clientele ranging from renowned artists to public and social figures. Al Grissino Restaurant and Lounge Dubai brings the flavors and authenticity of its namesake in Milano to Dubai's dining culture. The Executive Chefs of the restaurant, Italian born Stefano Sofia and Diego Simonetta, both carry a rich experience in European cuisine, having led the kitchen staff at Al Grissino Milano for the past few years. With a capacity of over 200 guests, the premises reflects a refined interior and is defined into three sections: main lounge, bar, large fine dining area with magnificent view of the DIFC as well as a smoking dining section.
