Inspired by the teaching of the Holy Qur'an and housed in Minneapolis' historic Mosque of the Light, Masjid An-Nur, we partner with neighboring organizations, faith communities and individuals to meet the needs of our neighbors in North Minneapolis.Our program areas include:Food: We provide hot meals and food shelf servicesHousing: Affordable rental housing and a path toward home ownership to end the wealth gap.Employment: Access to training and support to access living wage jobs for the people in our community.Day of Dignity: Part of a national movement to provide recognition of the basic humanity of all our neighbors, with services such as health care, clothing, school supplies and more.
