Al Musabalah is a private company, formed as a joint venture between Kuwaiti and Saudi patrons, investing in existing commercial activities or developing new ventures. Investments range from 5% and 100% of the capital of Industrial, Commercial and Real Estate activities. Current activity is primarily focussed on the development of the Hail Economic City in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where projects include:• The Hail Oasis Resort, a development of 2.5 square kilometres in the Hail Economic City comprising: o A 4 Star Hotel with restaurants, conference/social facilities and entertainment provision.o Associated amenities providing entertainment to visitors and resident of Hail such as a shopping mall, Romanian stadium, Horse Racing track and breeding centre, live/target Shooting facility and landscaping with an artificial lake.o The development and sale of Real Estate in and around the resort.• Industrial manufacturing facilities covering cement production, precast cement production, glass and granite/marble production, labour recruitment and provision and a labour camp.
