Established in 2009 , AL UMANA has been other name for trust and quality since then . We are the traders and processors for all kind of Pulses , Spices, Rice, Flour and other processed food products. Apart from grinding and processing these food products we specialize in blending and mixing for creating consumer and market driven products such as Arabic Masala, Mixed pulses , Healthy Flour etc.We have more than 100 items running successfully in different co operatives , supermarkets ,cafeterias and other upscale restaurants.Along with catering to the needs of UAE and other GCC countries we export to African subcontinent as well.Our Quality Management System is the platform that we use globally to guarantee food safety, compliance with quality standards and to create value for consumers. Our internal Quality Management System is audited and verified by independent certification bodies to prove conformity to internal standards, ISO norms, laws and regulatory requirements.Our Quality Management System starts on farms.
