It is responsible for managing all assets owned by Al Wahda Sports Cultural Club holding company and pursuing new investment opportunities.Amongst its investment portfolio are significant real estate assets valued at AED 3.8 billion (USD 1.0 billion) with a yearly revenue of AED 400 million (USD 110 million), including: • Al Wahda City consisting of: • Grand Millennium Al Wahda Hotel: Five-star hotel and the largest hotel in Abu Dhabi with 850 rooms and suites. • Al Wahda City Office Tower: 33-story tower with 29,000 sqm (312,000 sqft) of luxury office space. • Al Wahda City Residential Tower: 33-story tower with 53,000 sqm (570,280 sqft) across 294 luxury apartments. • Al Wahda Mall – 91,000 sqm of retail space. • 400,000 sqm (4.5 million sqft) in undeveloped properties.In addition to pursuing private equity investment opportunities, Al Wahda Investment is currently seeking partnerships with foreign companies who wish to enter the local UAE market, with a focus on real estate investment, retail, wholesale, and hospitality.
