AWCCS, a fully owned subsidiary of Abu-Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority (ADWEA), commenced business in 1999 by providing exclusive Fleet and HVAC related services to ADWEA. •On 1st May 2005, Abu-Dhabi Investment Company (ADIC) acquired 51% of AWCCS shares, allowing both shareholders to define a new direction for AWCCS. AWCCS has embarked on an aggressive growth strategy and positioned itself as a leading vehicle and equipment solutions provider to government, semi-government and private sector organizations.
