We provide engineering consultancy services in process safety and risk to the oil, petrochemicals, energy and chemical process industries in Singapore, other APEC countries and in India. APSS embraces a partnership working model and assists operating, engineering and consulting organisations.We are a GLO-LOC organisation — which means we carefully combine both the GLObal, LOCal knowledge and deliver the solutions.Clientele:We assist a variety of multinational operating companies in the space of petroleum refining units, chemical manufacturing plants and oil terminals. We support independent operating companies as well.Apart from our direct clients, we do support other engineering and consulting organisations based in Singapore, New Zealand and India as external sub-consultants and assist them in their process safety consulting needs on ad hoc basis.
