The Alaska PTAC provides services statewide through staff specialists that have backgrounds in government acquisitions and receive ongoing training to keep pace with continually evolving acquisitions procedures and policies.The Alaska PTAC is a partner program of the University of Alaska Business Enterprise Institute and a member of the Association of Procurement Technical Assistance Centers.This procurement technical assistance center is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Defense Logistics Agency.
