We are two highly trained, qualified and experienced exercise and sports scientists. Our goal is to improve peoples lives. Although physical and mental fitness is part of it, we focus on mentoring and coaching to empower people to build sustainable habits and routines. We live nowadays in a culture of quick-fixes and short-term expectations, and it is not in favour of how our bodies work. For the individuals that we work with, longevity and sustainable fitness & health are the long-term goals. We wish everyone the joy of life (all of it: fulfilling work, splendid hobbies, meaningful time with family & loved ones), as well as being able to use their bodies over many decades into old age. Our focus is on mentoring and coaching academics from all fields. We are genuinely aiming to improve the life of hundreds of academics. The academic workforce has been engulfed in an epidemic of overtime, a multitude of unspecific demands, a constant "fake" competition, and unsustainable attitude towards mental and physical health. We are here to change this.For our Australian (especially Perth) locals, we also offer face-to-face sports science services in the form of motion analysis, performance analysis and scientific consulting for small business (e.g. strength & conditioning facilities, gyms, physiotherapists) to large projects (e.g. Universities, clinical trials).
