We do not use preservatives or artificial colourings.Alba Chocolate is run by Gemma and Mehmet Karatay as a partnership. In future, we would like to become a limited company. Gemma has six years' experience making fine chocolates. Mehmet looks after the business side. Our brand can be summarised as ‘deliciously ethical'. We are an ethical and friendly company making high-quality chocolates which are full of flavour.
