ALD designs and manufactures vacuum furnace systems for the heat treating industry. Our expertly configured systems provide flexibility and ensure reliability. Our product line is comprised of the ModulTherm, SyncroTherm and DualTherm vacuum furnace systems along with companion vacuum tempers and tube annealing vacuum furnaces. ModulTherm and DualTherm take vacuum heat treating equipment to their logical design pinnacle. These designs are based on process, without limitation of equipment. Heat chambers heat, quench chambers quench, load movements are maintained separate from each. This enables each function to be performed to its maximum capability without the compromise of "merged" functions such as heating and cooling within the same chamber. This concept yields the ultimate in high performance vacuum furnaces for both the heating and quenching functions. SyncroTherm provides the only one-piece-flow capability in the vacuum furnace industry. It keeps pace with machining processing parts as fast as every 10 seconds to be positioned in line between green machining and hard grinding. Or, it can be operated as a high volume small load system with each hot zone independently controlled and scheduled.
