• Alegria Health and Wellness will provide the South Bronx community with primary, and ongoing care for complex chronic illnesses.• Our experienced, multi-lingual staff will provide Primary Care, Pediatric Care, Behavioral Health, Cardiac Care, Dental Care, Men's Health, Women's Health and Urgent Care services to the local community.• Our 14,000 square foot facility features 13 adult examination rooms, multiple procedure rooms, diagnostic tools including laboratory, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and x-rays, a dental examination suite, separate pediatric examination and waiting areas, a behavioral health suite, an intravenous infusion center, and a private, specialty pharmacy on-site.• We are dedicated to increasing healthcare literacy, prevention and early intervention through community education and outreach.• We will work with local community leaders to schedule health education and screening events at neighborhood schools, churches, barber shops, apartment buildings, recreational centers, and parks.
