Individual & Family Services - The Hague, South Holland, Netherlands
My name is Alexia Robbemont and I have been known for years for my expertise in Personal Matchmaker and Personal Coaching. But that has not always been the case. I grew up in a small town with a culture of "just act normal, that is crazy enough" and in which feelings were not expressed. That already frightened me as a little girl and it probably explains my success, perseverance and the urge for an adventurous and dynamic life. After some wanderings, I became a location manager at a national employment agency, where I felt right at home. Matching was the most fun thing to do and together with my team we became the most successful location in the country. I decided to start my own employment agency that grew into a successful company with 13 branches and national coverage. It is partly because of this business achievement that I was also chosen as best entrepreneur of the year in that period. But despite the business success, I began to realize more and more that I lacked a certain depth and connection in my marriage that seemed to consist only of luxurious vacations and hard work. We didn't really communicate and I felt a certain emptiness. I lacked real intimacy and longed for a life of warm people, friendship, humour and depth. After much deliberation, I decided to get a divorce. After my divorce I became a happier person and enjoyed life with many sweet and nice friends. Tough business years followed, eventually leading to bankruptcy. During that period I also came into contact with relationship mediation, which has always had my interest. When I decided to work as a freelance relationship mediator, I did a lot of research into sustainable relationships. Eventually, relationship mediation became my core business and I developed my own methodology: the Love Brain Profile. With this method I effortlessly made one match after another. My clients are mainly entrepreneurs or busy professionals, who have no time or absolutely no desire (anymore) to start dating them
