Since opening its doors in early 2013, Alfred has always prided itself on three things: cool aesthetics, killer customer service, and innovative beverages. We saw the ascension of "Third Wave" coffee shops, but found them too focused on the craft of coffee and not much else. So we flipped the script and dialed in on what matters to us the most: our customers. Our goal is for all of our customers to walk out of Alfred as excited about their experience inside as they are with what they drink. From our first shop on Melrose Place, we have grown to 14 locations across Los Angeles, Texas and even Japan!
