Moving abroad can very often be difficult and especially if you do not speak the language or know the way the country works. No two countries have the same Law, and this is something that people have to remember. Having lived in many different places and experienced the way each of these countries work, the first thing I learnt was to get in touch with someone who spoke English and the language of the country I was in. I also learnt the language rapidly in order to be able to communicate with the people and to have more control of what was going on. With my knowledge of 5 languages and the understanding of different cultures it has made it easier to help people who move or buy a holiday homes in Spain.Most people are aware of the things that can go wrong when buying over here, but unless they get in touch with someone who can help them avoid the consequences, it can be very hard. It is also important to realize that most things take time as the Spanish are never in a rush, however, this can be made easier when someone who knows the ropes is willing to help make it simpler.
