I believe our Principals and Teachers can be our childrens' greatest role models in life. However, if they themselves do not feel authentic in their own personal and professional lives, they cannot possibility hold space for their students to do the same. I envision a world where our educators can be themselves, holistically and authentically from the way they communicate, dress, express themselves, deal with conflict and show up in the world. I truly believe if we support our educators to do this, then our children will have the role models they need to embrace their full selves, leading to more self acceptance and as a result, more empathy, kindness and acceptance for mankind.
