Aline is an academy that trains programmers from marginalized neighborhoods in Latin America with a revolutionary study methodology in which there are no teachers or master classes, but rather we are all students.Our study system is set up so that students quickly become mentors to new ones, under the guidance of experienced technology professionals from underprivileged neighborhoods who inspire and support the rest of the team. We create a community made up of psychologists, mentors, social leaders and socially responsible companies where we teach by solving real projects that simulate a collaborative work environment that prepares them to enter the labor market.People who are born in deprived neighborhoods, when they reach adulthood (and in many cases before), have the obligation to go out to work to be able to help at home. Aline invests in them by providing them with an economic income, which they only receive if they progress in their studies, and which allows them to focus on their education. This means that instead of going out looking for a job without the possibility of growth and poorly paid, they can go to work in technology companies where the possibilities to grow and transform the world become infinite.Our mission is to eradicate poverty. We firmly believe that we are at the best time in history to achieve this.
