Due for completion in 2016, this will be the first Oxford College to be designed by a female architect. Her groundbreaking live-work residential development Newhall Be was shortlisted for the 2013 Stirling Prize and was Supreme Winner of the Housing Design Awards. Alison Brooks was named by Debrett's/The Sunday Times as one of ‘Britain's 500 Most Influential', and has been awarded BD Architect of the Year and AJ Woman Architect of the Year.
