Alison Glew Guitar School runs fun and professional lessons for both adults and children in guitar, ukulele, bass and keyboard. We cater for all ability levels from beginner to advanced.The school operates 7 days a week and you may choose from 30min, 45min or 1hr private lessons or group lessons to suit your budget and time commitment.School Holiday Music Programs are offered each term to keep the kids entertained and foster an interest in music. Music is very mathematical and uses a lot of patterns which has been proven to improve thinking in all academic areas.All teachers specialises in teaching modern / contemporary music to beginners and can also teaching advanced techniques to students that wish to extend their knowledge. Alison Glew can teach you to teach play while singing, which is a skill in itself. Students learn to play the music that they love and recognise on the radio while learning technique and theory without the stress of formal exams.Lessons are different at Alison Glew Guitar School because we believe music can and should be enjoyed by everyone no matter what their age, experience or ability. There is no right or wrong, just what feels good and sounds good TO YOU. Lessons should challenge you but be easy enough to master at home in your own time.Classes are run in a family friendly atmosphere in Winthrop (Western Australia), 20 min South of the Perth CBD and 15 min East of Fremantle.
