Alive Counselling works with a number of individuals, from athletes and university students to couples and new parents. We offer support in clinical counselling, such as anxiety, stress, and depression. We specialize in supporting athletes mental training for optimized performance in their sport and in their lives. The Sports Counselling program includes 1-on-1 Counselling, Monthly Team Workshops, and Strengths Assessment. We also offer workshops for both individuals and teams, covering topics such as Anxiety, Stress Management, Relationships, and Self-Esteem.From a former university athlete and coach, to a wife and mother, and now a registered clinical counsellor, I understand the importance of mental health in the game of life. Although my background is in hockey, these skills are transferable to other arenas of life to help you discover and reach your full potential.
