We are a by appointment only, (1-on-1) strength training Studio. Only 1 or 2, 20-minute sweat-free sessions a week will typically get you 50% stronger than if you spent 5 days a week at a Gym. We're ideal for busy professionals who bill by the hour and who want to get in, get out quickly, and get strong. We also work with post-rehab clients who want to regain and maintain their strength. Our Clients range in age from 36 to 90. Our elder clients want to grain strength lost and be able to live independent, active lives.Our focus is functional strength and we do it expertly and safely.
