Here at All Being Well Kids, we aim to ensure that all children are empowered to achieve their full amazing potential.Through online interactive and fun sessions tailored to your childs personality, interests and learning style, we guide children through issues such as anxiety, self esteem and anger.The online sessions last between 30 minutes to an hour and use techniques such as mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy and meditation, used in accordance to each individual childs needs.Before starting these sessions, a free 15-30 minute consultation helps parents and us equally to be comfortable with each otherand understand how we will work together to support your child.
