Our guarantee states that:- All equipment will be in operating condition at the time of leaving ACR property.- ACR will deliver the requested equipment within 60 minutes of the quoted delivery time.-ACR will repair or replace any inoperable equipment within 24 hours from when the failure occurred.- Should a rental item be unavailable, ACR will provide alternative solutions for our customers.If any of these 4 assurances are violated, we will offer the days rent FREE of charge to our customers.
