We are a consulting company that specializes in the planning, management, and execution of innovative projects that require the attention of an experienced hand, but for one reason or the other cannot be taken on as an in-house initiative. All Hands was formed to match specialized consultants seeking to monetize their niche skills and passions with nimble startups and organizations hoping to minimize overhead and maximize their ability to continuously ship new tools, content, & services. We work with clients to provide a holistic strategy and hands-on project planning, management, and execution. Based on needs, we can take a project from start to finish or handle specific project deliverables á la carté.Our services are best suited for companies or individuals contemplating launching a new venture, newsletter, content series, app, service, or internal tool but are lacking the resources to assign the project to a full-time hire. Our Founder and lead strategist, Chloe Heavey, works with clients to establish the need, budget, and working arrangement between All Hands and Client. We liaise between your team and our consultants, offering leaders bi-weekly status updates to review the collaborative process. Our consultants are selected, managed, and paid by All Hands to apply their industry-specific expertise to specialized projects.
