The idea of AIDEA comes from the issues faced by the neglected unorganized sector of workshops, which are losing heavily from organized large corporations and lack of enhancement of advance technology and know how. With no one guiding these talented people, if things continued the same way, lot of these people will be out of business and many on street without Job. The vision of AIDEA is to get all the talented and technical members of the unorganized Diesel expert under one umbrella and provide them coaching on how they can use their technical knowledge to provide service to the new age customer by mixing their years of experience and upgrading their technical knowledge on new IT enabled technologies. AIDEA not only want to provide training and coaching on technical aspect but also provide coaching to the owners and entrepreneurs in this sector in business and finance side so that their business are competitive and they provide the best service experience to their own customers, providing peace of mind to their customers, thus improving their business. AIDEA will organize the members of its association under one brand, which provide uniform experience to all the customers who visit the members workshops, thus giving the customer confidence that they are getting best in class service at an affordable price. It will eventually provide customers some type of warranty on national level, as work of one member will be supported by other members of the association. End customer who are mobile and have to get things repaired in far off location due to either emergency or work related movement will not have to worry either of workmanship or warranty of parts, as other members will support it.
