All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) was founded on the 2nd of March 1958 by Moulana Mohammed Abdul Wahed Owaisi. AIMIM is committed to achieving dignity & justice for the marginalized and oppressed communities of India, including Muslims, other minorities Dalits, Adivasis & OBCs. AIMIM is currently headed by Barrister Asaduddin Owaisi, who also represents Hyderabad in Lok Sabha, Parliament of India. Mr Owaisi has been a strident advocate for increased state investment in healthcare, education, civic infrastructure & nutrition.
