In Utah, our founders, Al Rickard and daughter Jolene Lehman along with Al's sons and partners Fredd and Scott, have 50 years of combined construction experience. In Montana, partner Howard Rickard has several years experience in fields related to home construction and maintenance. All of us trained at the School of Building Inspection in Salt Lake City, and all are fully certified to conduct mold inspection through the EAA (Environmental Assessment Association).
