All Square is a nonprofit, fast-casual, gourmet grilled cheese restaurant that aims to reduce recidivism in the Twin Cities. We give people with records direct access to employment in our restaurant, enroll our student-employees in our very own professional development curriculum, and work with local educational institutions to activate passions and help graduates move out of our four walls.We also make some pretty darn good grilled cheese! Our first restaurant opens September 2018. Stop by for a sandwich with a purpose.
