Mark and Tim observed a gap in the area of property management and have decided to pool their past experiences in plowing, lawn care and construction in an effort to fill that need. "It's our observation that the marketplace has a need for these services that are both high quality yet still affordable. This is something that we feel is often lost with large maintenance companies and is difficult for the mom & pop businesses to provide." Both being entrepreneurial and having had businesses before, the pull toward personal business ownership has been there and together with their now grown children they are pursuing that dream.
