Allergy Train is a speciality online and food store catering for people who have special dietary needs such as those needing gluten, dairy, egg, nut, and soy free foods. We also provide a range of options for those on FODMAP friendly, vegan diets or for people who just want to make healthier choices.Allergy Train was founded by Accredited Practising Dietitian, Jenny Trezise, 8 years ago when through both professional and personal experience, she found an great need to cater for people with multiple allergies and intolerances, as specialty foods and personal care items were extremely difficult to source.We understand that the role of food in our lives goes far beyond nutrition. We understand the enjoyment that good food can bring and the central role it plays in our social and family lives. We also understand how food allergies and intolerances can reduce the enjoyment we get from food. At Allergy Train we want to help make your life easier and more fulfilling by providing specialty foods and food intolerance and allergy information stress free.We offer a range of packaged foods as well as house made baked goods and take home meals, produced in our kitchen that never uses any gluten, dairy, eggs or nuts. We also have a range of treats in our cafe that you can share with family or friends along with our great tasting organic fairtrade coffee. We also offer catering for childcare and schools and other organisations wishing to make food inclusive for all. A number of our products are also available wholesale including our popular Hopper brand of natural food colours and food decorations.
