Alliance Internationale (Association of Residents and Friends of the Cité internaitonale universitaire de Paris) is the Association of the Former, Current Residents and Friends of the Cité internationale universitaire de Paris ( CIUP). Alive memory of the CIUP, it has for vocation to allow all residents, workers and friends to preserve and to develop bonds of friendship beyond their Parisian stay in the CIUP, by taking place within a network of several thousands of former residents living all over the world, and by a link between them, the current residents and friends.Created in 1948, the year of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Alliance Internationale pursues this humanism with its ideal of voluntary mutual aids between generations: helps in search of employment, correction and proofreading of theses …etc. The association is proud of its famous and anonymous residents, about 200 000 formers living today 80 % abroad. They remember, grateful, of their passage in the CIUP.That is why the Alliance Internationale keeps in touch with all its residents, friends, federats beyond the borders by collecting the invaluable memories and by promoting the fondamental values of the CIUP founders: Peace and Humanism.
