Allstone created Speedy Skips which started the skip adventure with a Dodge 7.5tonne skip lorry and 12 skips. In 1997, the company moved to the current site at Myers Road. Today Allstone has over 2000 skips and a new fleet of over 20 brand new state of the art skip Lorries, complete with trackers and cameras that can deliver a range of skips from the 2yard mini skip to the large 40yard rolonoffs.Managing Director, Simon Ford, now believes that Allstone is one of the largest Waste Management and Skip Hire companies in Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas. This is due to inward investment in the company; diversification into other markets and products while relying on one constant throughout, which is excellent service.We are committed to improving their recycling rates and ensuring that all environmental aspects of the business is controlled in a responsible manner. The company is focused on researching new technology and procedures to maximise their recycling efforts looking for new opportunities to recycle even more waste streams. Allstone has now established a partnership with S E Davis to recycle inert cementitious waste into sand and single sized washed chippings.From their Gloucester depot, Allstone are proud to service a number of public and private sector contracts within the Gloucestershire area including Gloucester Royal Hospital, Gloucester City & County Councils and The Environment Agency. Bloor Homes and The Barnwood Group are among some of our larger construction companies.Over the years Allstone has been committed to helping and supporting a number of local charities. Their most recent project an innovative way of including the community with our fundraising efforts in supporting Sue Ryder with specially designed ‘Pink' skips. The company will donate to the charity an amount each time one of the commissioned skips is booked by our customers.
